Shipping

We accept Paypal and personal checks.
There will be a $25.00 return check fee. Virginia State sales tax will be added to our Virginia customers.

We will send your item(s) out to you as soon as payment has cleared. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. The shipping process may be slower during the holidays, so please allow for adequate delivery time. If you are ordering from outside the U.S., please call us to make alternative shipping arrangements.

Our shipping fees are as follows:

$8.00 - Fed Ex Ground Delivery (5-7 days)
$23.00 - Fed Ex 2 Day (Express 1-2 days)
$46.00 - Fed Ex Priority Overnight (One day delivery)

Returns

We hope that you enjoy every purchase that you receive. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your item, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days of sale. Please return your item in its original package. We recommend that you insure your package for the approriate amount. "Special Orders" are non-returnable. Please include your name, address, contact phone, and reason for return. Returns must be in the original condition for a full refund. We will credit the amount back to your initial method of payment or you will receive a check.

People have many different moods and styles. If you do not see what you are looking for, we would love to create a special piece just for you.

Brides and Bridal Parties: Be sure to place your "Special Orders" well in advance for that special day.
